All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.


Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.



2. Shipping Times


We work with international fulfillment partners to produce and ship your items.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Canada & United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days


Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.



3. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.



4. Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.



5. Delays


VIERA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information


These factors are outside of our control.



6. Split Shipments


As we work with multiple warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.



7. Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages


VIERA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
